The client is a large-scale company from Uzbekistan with a significant market share, leading to high production demands. While they have been long-term purchasers of bottles, they lacked expertise in machinery. So, we demonstrated our professionalism by patiently explaining the machines during the initial phase.

Owing to their substantial market share and high demand, combined with strict requirements for bottle shape, quality, and capacity, the client was concerned that any substandard bottles would result in significant losses. To address their needs and concerns, we recommended a preform production line and 4-cavity fully automatic stretch blow moulding machines. Additionally, we proactively developed and customized test moulds that met the client’s specifications, conducting trials before full-scale equipment production. We used uniform water testing to minimize volume discrepancies caused by different solutions, achieving the desired results.

After the client approved the test moulds, we proceeded with the production of the required machines, providing real-time updates on equipment manufacturing and delivery progress. We arranged for professional engineers to install the equipment on-site, showcasing our one-stop service and solution capabilities. This earned the client’s trust, leading them to order additional equipment even before the machines arrived at the port.
